What
is Far-Infrared heat?
Infrared light
is part of the sun's invisible spectrum. One of Far-Infrared light's
characteristics is the ability to easily penetrate human tissue.
When this happens, it creates a natural resonance, which has many
beneficial properties. The Far-Infrared heat (FIR light waves)
penetrates your skin, giving you that wonderful natural warmth.
You can be
exposed to Far-Infrared heat
for hours and it will never cause your skin to burn. Far Infrared
heat is completely healthy and safe for all living things.
Far-Infrared
Sauna Treatment
In today’s
world, everyone is exposed to toxins and is carrying a heavy toxic
load.
Far-infrared sauna therapy is one of the safest and most powerful ways to eliminate
toxic metals, toxic chemicals and chronic infections.
Fat-soluble chemicals and toxins can be concentrated in the fat storage tissues
of the body (primarily adipose tissue). To mobilize and eliminate these unwanted
chemicals and toxins low temperature saunas can be very useful.
When utilizing low temperature saunas to assist with the detoxification process
of a chronically ill individual, 3 months of frequent saunas (5 times per week)
followed by 3 months of 3 saunas per week is advised.
As a preventative measure, once to twice weekly in the sauna is adequate.
Saunas are contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy, in young children
under five, in adults with specific heart conditions, and in individuals with
seizure disorders.
It is also contraindicated immediately after intense exercise, immediately
after consuming alcohol, or immediately after drug use.
Far-Infrared
Therapy for Women

600 calories
burned in one 30 minute session As
the body works to cool itself, there is a substantial increase
in heart rate, cardiac
output and metabolic rate. Blood flow during
whole-body hyperthermia is reported to rise from a normal 5 to
7 quarts per minute to as much as 13 quarts per minute.3
Skin
purification
Studies have shown that infrared sauna reduces cellulite, acne and fine wrinkles
in women after consistent use over time.5 Regular use of infrared sauna treatments
will exfoliate the skin from the inside out, soften skin, cleansing pores and
leaving
your skin looking cleaner, healthier
and more vibrant.
Increased
circulation
Heating of muscles produces an increased blood flow level similar to that seen
during exercise. Temperature elevation produces an increase in blood flow and
dilation
directly in capillaries, arterioles and venules.1

Cellular
Purification

Cellular vibration occurs when the
infrared light waves penetrate the cells and reach the large water
molecules.
Far-Infrared
Health Benefits

Weight Loss
• Increases cardiac output, heart
rate and metabolism.3
• Burns fat and
cholesterol without exercise or dieting.4
• Burns up to
600 calories in a 30 minute session.

Detoxification
In one study performed by american researchers,
the sweat of people using a conventional sauna was found to be
95 to 97% water while the sweat of those using an infrared
thermal system was 80 to 85% water with the non-water portion principally cholesterol,
fat soluble toxins, toxic heavy metals (such as mercury and aluminum), sulfuric
acid, sodium, ammonia and uric acid. This unusually high concentration of heavy
metals and other fat-soluble toxins is not found in the sweat from normal exercise.
Pain
Relief
Studies have shown that infrared sauna
assists in the reduction of inflammation and soreness through
direct action on the free nerve endings.1
Chronic
Fatigue
Increased energy levels in participants during and after infrared sauna therapy.2
Heart Disease
25 patients were treated in an Infrared Sauna for 15 minutes
once a day for 2 weeks. Results:
• Significantly
lowered blood pressure
• Significant
weight loss
• Significantly
increased blood flow
• Lowered cholesterol
