This office requires payment in full at the time services are rendered. Our office accepts Cash, Checks, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. With the insurance market continually changing, it is extremely difficult to keep current on which types of plans and which insurance companies reimburse for Naturopathic Services. To date, the following insurance companies have reimbursed our patients for Naturopathic Services:

As a result, we do not assume responsibility for your insurance coverage. A superbill will be provided to our patients with the ICD-9 codes, CPT codes, and charges for each visit for Naturopathic Care. This should be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement, which will always be based on your individual plan's coverage.
In most cases, Naturopathic Doctors are considered an out-of-network provider. If you have a Flexible
Spending Account, you may be able to receive reimbursement for services, including supplements or health products prescribed by your Naturopathic Doctor. This office will provide necessary documentation requested by your individual plan to assist you in receiving reimbursement.
